Anthony C. Duffy has over 35 years of experience in business and real estate litigation and business transactional matters.  Mr. Duffy has successfully litigated numerous cases in state and federal court, representing individuals, entrepreneurs, and business entities in connection with a variety of complex legal matters and issues.  In recognition of his work, Mr. Duffy has attained the rating of AV from Martindale Hubbell, the national directory of attorneys, demonstrating preeminent legal ability and the highest standard of ethics. 

Mr. Duffy has an established reputation in the legal community for obtaining successful results for his clients.  He has obtained several multi-million dollar verdicts and judgments on behalf of his clients, including a $97.2 jury verdict in a business fraud dispute. 

Mr. Duffy is a noted authority in the area of civil litigation, serving as a national speaker on minimizing litigation exposure and appearing on several television and radio programs, and has published works on the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 and federal court rules and procedures in California. 

Prior to establishing his own firm, Mr. Duffy was a senior partner of McDermott, Will & Emery.  He graduated summa cum laude from Stanford University with a Bachelor of Arts degree, and earned his Juris Doctorate from Yale Law School.
